We are grateful you want to know more about Springfield Bible Church, and we hope that you will be encouraged by your visit with us. It can be intimidating visiting a church for the first time. We hope the following information might answer a few of your questions and make your first visit easier!

SUNDAY MORNINGS

8:30 AM WORSHIP SERVICE &ADULT SUNDAY SCHOOL

10 AM WORSHIP SERVICE

Each of our worship services is designed with the same structure and goals in mind. We hope this time of corporate worship to be meaningful as we worship the one true God and exalt the Risen Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ. During our services we sing praises to the Lord (usually through a traditional style of music, i.e. hymns). We also pray together corporately and partake of the Lord's Supper each week, remembering the finished work of Christ on the cross, "proclaiming the Lord's death until He comes" (1 Corinthians 11:26). After the Lord's Supper, we examine God's Word together as a sermon is preached from a particular passage in the Bible. Each week we hope the Lord uses these worship services to build His Church and to make and build disciples in His kingdom.

  • Please dress in clothes that are comfortable to you. You will see folks wearing jackets & ties, dresses, jeans, t-shirts & shorts. We gather together to worship the Lord and focus upon Him and His amazing grace!
  • Childcare & Jr. Church: We offer childcare during the 10 am service. Nursery is available for children 0–2 years and Jr. Church is available for children ages 3–12 years (Pre-K, K – 2nd Grade, 3rd – 5th Grade)
  • Bring your Bible. We will be digging into God's Word during each service. If you don't have a Bible, please use one of the Bibles located in our pews that morning. Also please let one of our pastors know that you need a Bible. The church would be thrilled to give you a Bible of your own. God's Word is powerful, and we want you in it!
